The major objective of the Neurosciences and Stroke Centre at Maxhealth Hospital is to provide superior clinical treatment to patients with neurological illnesses such as Dementia, Stroke, Parkinson’s disease, Alzheimer’s, Epilepsy, Multiple Sclerosis (MS), and related conditions. With the rapid advancement of neuro-technology and ongoing research, our physicians are continually adopting new procedures and treatments to meet the evolving needs of patients.
Highly trained and skilled neurologists, supported by dedicated post-graduate trainees and nursing personnel, deliver both inpatient and outpatient services to ensure integrated care for treatment and recovery.

- Electromyography (EMG): A technique to monitor the electrical activity produced by skeletal muscles.
- Electroencephalography (EEG): A method to detect electrical activity in the brain, essential in diagnosing various brain disorders.
- Video EEG Monitoring: A diagnostic tool for evaluating seizures and non-epileptic events.
- Sleep Studies: A non-invasive, overnight diagnostic examination used for evaluating sleep-related neurological conditions.
